The data obtained through management control refer to a multitude of indicators and their interpretation is not always trivial.
The objective is to analyze raw data and then synthesize our analysis results by building reports prepared ad hoc for each internal or external area participating in the plan or strategy, with the aim of providing them with the vision they need to do their job.
